GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily sold out on the date of your order, we will notify you and inform you when we can deliver it to you or, alternatively, we will refund you the total amount of your order, according to the original method of payment. .


DELIVERY TIME


Shipping from the warehouse after you place your order is same day in most cases but if its the holidays or a seasonal rush in most cases its 1 to 5 days, if anything is to come up we will notify you via email or call you.

Packages usually arrive in 5 to 10 days
Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will take all steps to fulfill your order within business days of the date of your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. There should also be delays in processing orders during holiday periods or special events. The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the carrier's delivery practices, location of delivery, method of delivery and the items ordered. In addition, items may be dispatched as separate shipments.

Shipping method

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
