After your refund has been processed (and you have received an email confirmation), it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How quickly the refund appears depends on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, contact us to make sure it has been fully processed or contact your bank for a status update.
Unopened and unused items purchased from www.zhoft.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt. For more details, please see our return policy.
As soon as your returned item reaches us, we will issue your refund. Please include your full name or order number somewhere in or on the packaging for prompt refund processing.
